    Join our OHIP clinic and build a full roster from day one, with patients already waiting. Steady income, full administrative support, no walk-in volume.

    Take your first private members

    As you find your footing, you begin caring for Mas members who want shorter waits and closer attention. A measured start while you build your rhythm and your roster.

    Grow your private practice

    As your roster grows and your skills deepen, the work grows with it. You earn the complex cases and the compensation that come with them.
