TRT explosion

Why Now why so long?

You might be new again here or have signed up long ago and are asking, “Whatever happened to that Mas clinic place”?

Life happened

What started as an “I have this problem, maybe others do too” experiment in 2017, it got popular, but I got busy with my other business in private equity. Running that was a full-time job. After I gracefully shut that down, I returned to healthcare, not from the pharmaceutical side this time, but into the dentistry sector as a operations consultant.

It’s now 2025, and it’s funny how things come around. With my healthcare practice management contract up, I am done with trying to drag small owners kicking and screaming into multi-million dollar profitability. A lot has changed since the mas experiment, and looking at all the new online and offline companies offering TRT and having tried some myself, I feel mostly cringe at how bad and tacky they are. Canadian healthcare is still failing men.

I guess, in a way, I was still looking for that ultimate clinic, my own care confined to a doctor that I had to convince and strong arm into a script even though my levels were near zero and definitely out of reference testosterone range.

Where are we now?

Bringing this clinic and the idea of superior healthcare back to life and going into this now is a better time; I do not mind competition, MAS CLINIC will have no peers, and they are still miles behind. The focus is still testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), but I am opening it up to three provinces, BC, AB and Ontario. Physical clinic-wise, a late 2025 opening is in the works, if not sooner, depending on space.

The name was “The Mas Clinic” and is now “MAS CLINC”. 2025 feels like it is all about paring it down to what’s true, the essentials; I don’t need a “the,” just like I don’t need two S’s to get the point across. Just like my last name, Bos. I am walking down this year.

What does MAS offer you?

This brand is still men’s TRT and performance-orientated, be it in the gym, life or business.

This is what we offer;
✅ Actual preventative care
✅ Understanding have the same issues as you, lost both parents- preventable
✅ Best advanced Imaging (CT Scan, MRI, x-ray, Dexa, PWV, CIMT)
✅ 2017 start, now bringing this home in ‘25, I finish what I start
✅ 100% western Canadian mentality
✅ TRT done better, with a why, and a how, not just a jab
✅ We can do 75% of what a physical doctor can do, right now, online

This is what we are not;
❌ Are not a Tech Health startup offering a topographical diagnostic service
❌ We are not free or the lowest cost option, not worth losing your health
❌ Will not be the “anytime fitness” or chain TRT Clinic
❌ Not backed by outside investors, they kill value
❌ Not a Brampton pharmacy with a doctor’s coat on

Coming soon;

  • Physical locations
  • Patient voted clinical studies and food testing
  • MAS a bigger plan

I have seen the power

I have seen the power of preventative healthcare men need a diagnostic, we need imaging, we need to see new data, we need to adjust course, now. Are we doing better than the general public, how are we against our peers? What gets measured, gets managed getting jacked and dating young is great, but ignoring underlying health issues…

There is a bigger protocol here at MAS, one that takes a look at you, the man, the person, not just the blood test you. Taking a preventative approach is cheaper, and it gets all the benefits of TRT more meaningfully. I want MAS to help keep you digging and getting to be your best. But now we want to be balanced. Whole. It’s about looking like it, acting like it and actually underneath being it.

You are not alone

That’s where I want you guys to be, actually being whole. I am not perfect; I am not yet someone I can say, “Hey, look at me, I made it, I did it,”. Last year really let me know I am 50, I had/have injuries, fat accumulation, hair loss, a back injury, and a punishing work schedule. The bright side being, I can really understand where patients are coming from, a lot better than I could in 2017. I am carefully documenting my journey because I still think there are a lot of guys out there just like me and I want to understand what you are up against. I have tons of stuff coming, and we are opening this spring. Through all of this, I am really excited to stop telling my story and start telling yours.

Lucky you

If you have already signed up, sign up again. And if you made it this far, you can tell this place is not like the others, put your name down, let me give you a call when I have the services in place this spring. I am serious about this, I’m actually writing a manifesto.

So this year, let’s given’r together, so we can keep given’r for a long time.

Your brother in arms,

Erik Bos
